2017 CT200h Bluetooth Audio Issue
I just bought a 2017 CT200h and the bluetooth connectivity is horrible, i can't listen to a single song without it skipping parts of the song. Anyone else experience the same issue?

I had similar issues with a prev phone, a oneplus one, where the audio would skip randomly. fast forward 2 yrs... I now own a new phone (a oneplus 3) and audio never skips again.
TL;DR = the issue itself was with the phone, and not the car

I have just recently started having issues with my Galaxy S7 losing connection a lot. It seems to be worse in my 135i but it has started disconnecting and reconnecting when I get texts or directions on google maps. REALLY annoying since I use spotify all the time.

I am having an issue with my MotoX PE (2015) and my bluetooth. Someone on here mentioned that it could be the phone, however at least in my case my phone worked just fine in a 2017 ES250. So it just seems to be having issues with my CT200h.

here are my findings:
MY PHONE = works in every rental car, nissan versa, chevy spark, toyota camry, mazda 3, IS250
MY CAR = every phone works except for my own phone. some phones we tested = iphone 6, galaxy note 4, galaxy s7, google nexus 6p
Dealership reset the firmware on my ct = issue persists
Dealership upgraded my ct to the latest firmware = issue persists
Dealership did some sort of clear cache on my ct, and deleted everything the user stored on the car = issue persists
Dealership offered to let me test out my phone, on another ct on the lot = issue of my phone not connecting to my ct, carries onto another ct on the lot
ISSUE = MY PHONE

just to clarify, my issue is, i cant control my audio from the steering wheel. specifically, the FAST FORWARD function. on any other car, i can Fast Forward/Skip tracks just fine
tested the feature in pandora app, mx video player app, and 1 more, i forget the name of the app.
For whatever reason, some phones, just dont mesh with with CT's, but work just fine in other Lexus models like an IS250 .... go figure

I had the same issues but what I did was I deleted all my Bluetooth devices from my phone and I deleted all the Bluetooth devices from my vehicle and re-connect to each other and it worked flawlessly

While I've never had any serious issues with bluetooth in my 2014 Display Audio-packaged CT, I do see the occasional connection only to audio but not phone, where manually connecting would fix it.
On top of this, I used to use a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which worked fine streaming audio and phone calls, but music would always pause for half a second every 60 seconds or so. It got very annoying.
I now use a Google Pixel XL and the audio pausing problem is gone. Seems like each phone has its quirks with the bluetooth version Lexus uses.
