Where to buy replacement hybrid engine cover 2013 F Sport?

I recently bought a 2013 CT200h F-Sport. For some reason it's missing the cover for the hybrid engine. I'm not sure if it's anything more than cosmetic. Does anyone know?

It's not something I would worry about. I'm sure a local yard would have one for almost nothing. Not that it happens very often ... but they make adding oil difficult without a funnel.

The Prius cover is silver.
