I just got a 2015 CT 200h w/o Nav. I plugged in a Dash cam in the cigarette lighter it worked for a few days and then the fuse burnt out I replaced it and it blew again. I tried using the USB and now the USB isn't working. Might this be an issue with the 12v battery? Maybe the wiring is messed up? Anyone else having issues with this?

This would be nothing to do with the battery. With the way automotive fuse panels are configured, it would only blow if something downstream of the fuse is causing a problem. Try cleaning the USB connector pins with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol (unpowered) along with the cigarette lighter socket (unpowered, again), otherwise, you'll have to pull out a multimeter and check to see if there's a short in that circuit. You could also open up that section of the centre console to see if there's a wiring short right there.

Does the fuse blow if you don't use your dashcam...its wiring harness could be the problem.
