I've own a CT 200 for 4 months, I love it. Yesterday afternoon the inside of my car suddenly smells like gasoline. Anyone else ever experienced this? Is it a hybrid thing? The local Lexus dealer tells they've never heard of such thing. The smell is nauseating and its not fading away. Any input will be helpful.

Anyone else drives your car? Car wash? My wife will some time put on nail polish in my car and the inside smells like gasoline the whole day.

@ lcneed - No, I've been driving it. Its so random and unexpected.

Can't say I've ever smelled that in 2.5 years. Did you get any gasoline on your shoes ?

You shouldn't have any gas smell, not normal, I once had gas smell in my Volvo and turned out the fuel pump caused it and needed replacing.
