Default Weather Tech Mats finally here...

I saw the posting on the Weather Tech thread here that mats were finally available. I ordered them last Friday and they arrived today. I'd say the wait was worth it, especially compared to the Lexus all weather mats...they don't even compare to the fit and finish of the Weather Tech mats. They do an excellent job covering the front floor, especially the dead pedal area. I purchased the fronts only, as my back seat and rear floor never gets used. Price for the pair was $99.95 + shipping.

Nice. How more would the rears have been?

I think the rears were an additional $65.

Those do look awesome. I've always been partial to carpeted mats in the passenger area, but I do have a rubber mat in the trunk. Helps to keep things from sliding around. One question, it looks like there is a little lip underneath where the gas pedal sits. Any concerns there? I just remember all the unintended acceleration crap from the last few years on Toyota cars...

I bought the Lexus rubber mats and think they are almost worthless. 1) No side lips so in snow and muck so your carpet still gets wet and dirty (not bad now as we moved to AZ but in NY it was bad in the winter and melting snow when the car warmed up); 2) Lexus mats do not stay fully in place and scrunch up getting in and out. If it wasn't for the hooks to keep them on place at the rear they would be totally worthless.

You can't beat the Weathertech digital fit mats, but still not happy with their length of time getting them to market and all the excuses they have given us.

Wow thanks for posting -- I wasn't aware of these mats at all. I bought the standard all weather mats when I bought my gs450h and they've been OK but we don't get a lot of bad weather in DC.

Neither was I Cindy.... and what makes it worse is I, like many here, signed up with MacNeil's (Weathertech) 'Product Request' form to let us know when products for our CT's would be available, not ONE note or word from them they were now available. It was just by accident I saw this post and found out they were finally available.

we have the digital fit weathertech in the benz for all three rows and they are the best.

i am surprised they didn't replace their logo w/ "Lexus" in the rectangle

I got mine yesterday. The fit is superb, they look way better than the Lexus mats and I only wish I had them before the winter started!

I got mine for the front yesterday as well. The fit and function great as I got to test them with some rain and snow today. Has anyone gotten the ones for the back? If so could you share your thoughts on how they fit and look.
