I am eager for an answer. I picked up a good deal in December on a 2012 premium but hate that it does not have the arm rest that the 2013 has I would buy this in heartbeat if available.

I believe this is only for the RH drive model CT (aka Japan). See my mod thread for how to make your own; PM me for more detailed information on how to get one.

Just buy the oem 2013 from Sewell once they are available.

Out of curiosity, as anyone actually gone into a dealer and asked the parts person to show you the 2013 exploded interior diagram to see if that part can be ordered? I have a 2013, so I had no reason to ask.

Other than waiting for Sewell or someone else to stock it, I'd recommend the link Aloha posted. I looked at his mod before and it looked very good. He had a good walk through.

I would imagine the oem replacements will be available very soon for 2013. I'm going to go into the dealer as suggested.

I dropped by my dealer yesterday and thought I would look at the diagrams. The interior diagram they have at the dealer is NOT for the 2013 cars, even though we selected that year in the menu system. They clearly state 2011-2012 on them. I guess the dealers do not have the 2013 diagrams yet for some reason. That's sort of strange to me. I would assume this is why you do not see the diagrams at Sewell as well.

That said, the parts guy came out and looked at the pad. He said he would try to look into it and get back to me if he finds anything.

The only other thing I can think of, other than what is posted above, is if someone is doing some mods to the console area they can remove the pad and see if there is a number stamped under it.

Aloha's mod looks like the best alternative right now. It is clean mod and I like how he used bolts to secure it in place.

They quoted me $300 for the console replacement and $60 for labor. I agreed to it but when I went back for the installation they claimed the part was never ordered. Oh well, I'll be asking for a discount. I was also having a recall done. Since they didn't have the console I told them I would come back another day. They forgot to secure the hood. D'oh!

Sounds like a fair price, but installation should be easy enough to tackle alone.
