My wife loves ES 300H so much
I did service at Lexus dealer with my wife, we saw and sit in new ES 300H.
She loved it immediately, and kept asking me to trade my CT for it.
This is the first time she ask a new car.
I should never bring her into Lexus parking lot, I'm so regret.

I test drove the es300H and ... omg...OMG. This baby REAAALLLY moves when you gun the accelerator pedal, and she does it quietly ... so quiet that is eery. And you are engulfed in the traditional Lexus world of luxury amenities. Even though the es300H is based on CamryH platform, she does not suffer any identity crisis. Lexus beefed w/ two inverter/converter's, one for traction and the second one for energy re-generation. The 2.5L Atkinson 4 cylinder banger must have oversquare bore because it is civilized. If you get the ultra luxury option you will be bathed in symphony hall sound by Mark Levinson, which I miss very much from my departed Lexus. Yes, it will cost you about 48K for the top level, but you will be lavished and be delighted to feel, smell and touch a genuine Lexus car. Please don't get me wrong, I am still very much in love with my CT, but every time I see a fully loaded Prius V w/LCD headlights it irks me to no end for I could not readily get one with such option on my CT. It was either the color of my choice w/premium nav or wait into oblivion. If they had a es300H in hatchback/station wagon/crossover body I would have traded my CT.

I have driven a loaded ES300h twice now and really like it. More, powerful, smoother and more space that our CT200h. Also some nice options that are not available on the CT200h like blindspot, ML radio, parking sensors, etc...
Still like the way the CT200h handles better feels more sporty/european and also think it looks sportier too. The ES300h looks nice, but in my it is not as eye catching as the CT200h. Still may end up getting one, but I am intrigued by the new 2013 Ford Fusion or Lincoln MKZ. Better gas mileage than both CT200h and ES300h, some neat options and by the pics look nice too.
