I just grabbed a listing from a local dealer new-car inventory description for an F Sport SE CT200h. It lists $1,000 for the F Sport Option (FJ) and then gives a list of the F Sport features. Next it lists $2,200 for F Sport Special Edition (SE) and then gives the exact same list again.

So what do you get for the extra $2,200? I thought maybe leather seats but, per the description, this car has Nuluxe. Is this a mistake in the dealer's description?

The build-a-Lexus feature on Lexus.com does not even mention the SE option that I can see.

The only difference is that the Special Edition version has the Trident rims, and Lexus also throws in a set of Tumi luggage. Also, you can only get SE in Tungsten Pearl, Starfire Pearl, or Nebula Gray.

The non special edition F-sport has the 10-spoke rims.

My understanding was that Lexus was limiting production of the SE to only 900 units, I could be wrong on this though.

The SE has the lowering springs and the sway bar. The f sport just has tuned suspension

Thanks for both answers. I'd thought I'd seen some plain F Sport versions with the trident wheels, but I guess not. I could live without the luggage and trident wheels but the lowering springs and sway bars are of interest. BTW, the lowering spring set ($299) and sway bars ($549) are listed as dealer options for the plain F Sport car.

If you look, you can see the lower stance on the FS SE on the right.

I think you only get the Ocean Blue NuLuxe on the SE editions. I just got mine and i really think its unique and pretty cool aspect of mine.

All SE's have navigation and premium audio as added options .....but they are not part of the FSport price.

The Ocean Blue NuLuxe does look good....I have had several favorable comments about it and I personally like the Trident wheels.
