Default wheel fitment and lowering info please

hey everyone, just traded in my 08 isf for a ct200h for the wifey.
anyways, i know stock wheels are 17x7 +45 offset 5x100. what's the width most of you guys are using without any rubbing issues? also, what offset?
id also like to lower her car about an 1" dont want to get too aggressive. what springs are you guys using?

im looking to get work emotion xt7 or xd9 or 11r
still kinda undecided.

any info would be greatly appreciated.

thank you!!!

For just a 1" drop, you might be good with the F Sport springs, I believe they are an inch or just shy of an inch.
Do a search here for F Sport SE pictures to see the drop.
The other commonly used springs are road magnet springs, they are a bit lower, you should be able to find pics on here easily as well.
Other option is coilovers, but that's probably not what you're looking for.

As for wheels, maybe ask Matt_RN I think he's running some 19s.
Be sure to check out ct200hforum.com as well

Those wheels look great, especially on a black car.
It's gonna look awesome when you lower it!
Keep in mind the F Sport lowering springs only drop it about 1" or less
