I've made some posts before I even got the car, but it finally arrived on Saturday. 2016 F-Sport in Ultra white, same color as my RCF.
Been looking for several months now and every one that I was liking, I would sleep on it for a few days and then it would be gone. This one popped up and I jumped on it. It's certified so I have a full two year unlimited mileage warranty / maintenance on it which is nice I guess.
Overall this one is in good condition. I need to do a paint correction and detail on the outside. Inside is VERY clean with the exception of the passenger head rest up front has wrinkles on it from where someone's head has been on it the entire time. Not sure I want to spend the $400+ to replace it. We'll see it it bothers me too much.
!00% need to do a projector retrofit. The stock halogens I'm not impressed with at all. Got a couple things coming in terms stuff to do. LC500 push button ignition w/harness to adapt to the different connector for our ignition connector, illuminated door sills, vleds turn/backup bulbs, interior leds. Hopefully F-Sport lowering springs if I can find them. I'm debating if I want to do the PPF for the front end since it's going to be my daily, I figured it would be worth it, even though it's already got so chips in areas.
I'm already used TechStream to disable the front seat belt chime, turn off the annoying constant backup beep, and have the windows roll down when you hold the unlock button on the fob.

LC500 ignition switch, JDM black chrome front upper/lower trim piece to replace the chrome, rx350 bi-xenon projector retrofit, vleds for front/rear end 7) This is going to replace my trusty 07' Solara. Didn't really need a car so I wasn't really shopping between stuff. I just have always liked how CT's looked.
Just purchased our CT about a week ago and so far love it! We have been looking for a good economical commuter for a while now and since we’re already a Toyota family we decided to go with the Lexus.
Both our Tacoma and 4Runner are horrible on gas!
My wife drives approximately 300-400 miles a week to take my son to school/basketball workouts. Gas was killing us especially living here in SoCal…

In my "Toyota" journey I've moved from an 04 Avalon and a 99 RX 300, up to an 04 ES 300 and now up to the following car (I no longer have the previous vehicles, but they are still on the road!) -
2014 CT200h with premium package. This car only had around 42k miles on it when I picked it up earlier this year. I first actually purchased a 2016 Prius, but did not care for the seat comfort (regular seats not NuLuxe) on long road trips. The Prius models with NuLuxe seats, at the time, were more expensive than what I paid for this Lexus, so I opted to move to a Lexus. It is a couple years older than the Prius but less mileage so I was not unhappy about it. The Prius has been traded in (Although it was a fantastic car, I would probably consider another as long as it had the NuLuxe seats...)
This car also came with the updated piston ring design, etc, so those issues were solved for this model (I did not want to buy an older one with the defective design)...

1. 2015 How do I know if I have the base model or premium? 2. no nav 3. White Pearl exterior Black interior 4. Sun roof 5. F-Sport, I wish I'd gotten it! 6. I'm considering doing a 1.5inch lift for more clearance in the snow and to compensate for sag after 9 years on the road. 7. This replaced an Acura Legend with 215k+ miles on it.
The goal is to one day get an NX 450h+ F Sport black/black. For the next year or two i'm planning to do some minor upgrades to the CT. I just recently replaced the center console area with a large screen with apple car play and other features... highly reccomend! I'm considering getting roof racks and a trailer hitch install.. my biggest complaint with the car is that its too small for all my gear (surfboards, mountain bike, camera equipment etc).
If anyone has done any upgrades to their CT I'd certainly appreciate any suggestions or tips you may have.
