does anyone have one of these? How does it work with the subwoofer in the back if you have premium sound?

i have the Lexus cargo tray for my CT, but i do use the canvasback in our mercedes. it's a great product and very versatile, especially if you frequently raise/lower seats.

in any case, if you have the CT premium, it looks like the optional side pieces for the cargo area do include the cutout for the subwoofer. this picture is from their site:
