What's the problem
 

My car won't start ..power switch button turns yellow instead of green .dim lighting and windows go down slow windshield wipers move slow and everytime I press the break car wants to turn on but doesn't.please help

Flat or stuffed battery.

Dead 12 volt battery. Needs a charge/jump
