Wondering if a F: 19×8.5 +34mm R: 19×9.5 +34mm setup will work with a 06 IS350 with a 3" drop?

Yes it will. I think u can go as wide as 9.0/10.0 and stay mid 30 offset.

Sure, here is a recent E60 M5 we did. It's on drop suspension.
