its a 2008 e350 non hid. Do i need the relay and the other option?

My set of H1 3000k just came in today and one of them glows neon green :( I already emailed. Bumper's off until I get it replaced >_<

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please send us a picture of the bulb color at night so we can see the color clearly, sounds like you have a mismatch between the bulb color,

and once we receive the picture we will request replacement bulb to be send out to you for the color mismatch issue.

One of the ballasts i got with my order is dead :(

I sent an email inquiry over the web form, but no reply yet.

for those that placed an order on black Friday, have you received your order or a shipping update? I have yet to get either :sad:

I placed an order on that friday and only received an email stating that the order was shipped as of sunday November 27th. I have NOT received any other update nor received the product yet either. USPS tracking has no further updates as well. I hope they're on their way...I wanna get them installed with the night-time arriving so quickly now.

Anybody else receive their order? Still haven't seen anything and ordered on Black Friday

I just received mine today and kind of disappointed.

I ordered 5000k and according to them it is pure white. Mine were pretty blue, plus one side flickers. + side the ballast is thin.

I have ordered with them twice before with no issues, but if I don't receive anything by this Friday, I will probably call and cancel the order.

I sent them an email yesterday night and just received a response stating my new bulbs will be shipped out within 48 hours. Good to hear they have good service.

I have ordered 2sets hid on 11/27. And Im still waiting...
They sent me an email for the tracking#, but the status has never change which "Electronic Shipping Info Received". Its been 9 business days after I ordered. Also sent them an email last night but no response yet.
And now their website is "Unable to connect to database server!"
