Is the bundle on the right is the relay harness kit?
Is it universal? Can I install it with 9006, or h7 hid kit?
If it is the relay harness kit, I believed I ordered two kits, but I only received 1 kit.

Oh thats right just checked your order and you did order 2 relay harness kits, that relay is designed for the H4 application, what application did you want the 2nd harness to be for? Let me know and I'll get that shipped out right away, sorry for the inconvenience.

H11 should be the size for the 2011 if it does not differ from the 2010. Best way to be sure is to pull out the bulb and look at the size description at the base of the bulb.
