Well, our on-hand quantities are updated daily unless a purchase has been made and it gets updated immediately. As for new product (old product really), this gets added when we come across them.
Next on the list will be a number of IS250/350 steering wheels in various finishes.
For your GX460 however, I know there's going to be some F-Sport parts available for it soon, but I can assure you it's going to be a few years before any of those parts make it to our closeout list.

I have a spare now to replace one of my stockers that has a bit of rash next time tires are due.
