Which are better in terms of illumination, the Garax or the MTEC D4C? Any chance the Phillips Ultravision D4C in 5000K will be availible anytime soon?

This is the bulb that should be for OEM. I got it from him around last fall which is 8000K blub. That bulbs make me very impressive over all.Color was little 40%blueish 60%white bright. My previous was 8000K MTEC that give me 20% blueish and 80% white bright.
Service was awsome and fast. This is made in JAPAN.

I would say that the GARAX is better terms of illumination. I do have the Philips Crystal Vision 5K in stock, these things are BRIGHT!

I just installed some Garax 6k's last night. I'm more than satisfied. I had the stocks in my 2006 GS430 and now with these it went from a white yellow to a white blue. This is the way the car should have looked from factory, but need to replace my DRL's now.

They are just right not to much blue and NO yellow, I would say that they are the best that you can get under $100

Ordered my 8000k Garax d4s bulbs last night! Ill post some piks on here once I get them installed.

cowsgomoo
no need to replace the DRL. Just go to the dealership, slip some guy a $20 and have them turn those ugly things off. Worked for me!!
