Ok folks, the hold up is this...

I think most people are interested in seeing a sample and an independent review. So I'm basically waiting for my wheel to be completed so that people can see what it REALLY looks like. I'm also doing the PhotoGenesis Process (PGP) to get the "burl wood" look...some people also showed concern with the length of the wood...

Now if your cash is just BURNING a hole in your pocket, email me at gs430@hotmail.com and I'll get you going right away...but this is for NON-loaners only (as both loaner wheels are being used right now).

Default GS400 w/ e-shift wheel>

Hi,

I haven't been on this board for months and I just saw this wood steering wheel deal today.

What I want to know is whether or not I can have this done to my GS400 which has e-shift, if so, will it be the same price? And do you already have a beige interior GS400 steering wheel with e-shift ready to go with the wood on it so that I can just trade-in mine for the wood one.

Also, I need to talk to Steve again but I have lost his number, can anyone get me Steve Ganz's phone number?

Thanks

You can email me at shaban@charter.net

Steve can be reached at Carson Toyota in the Parts Department. Do a website search for that dealer and you will be able to find his number....I think I remember his number to be 1-800-90-toyota but i may be mistaken....

You can also PM him here online at SUPRATRD

Not quite sure who is not the official person who is in charge of the group buy...but I assume it is Manaray.

I know it was said that we were going in the order of email received for priority purpose. So my question is where am I on the list and what is the estimated time that we should expect to get ours done.

Also nobody has replied to my cost and time issue as far as having Lexus remove/replace my wheel.

Thanks.

Ahn,

Yes. It will look just like TXSTYLE's. If you come to the Dallas meet, you can see all kinds of conversion wheel @ Davenport. They are American Stitches authorized dealer

What is the non-group-buy price on the 3 spoke wheel?

Eppan - You are in the "middle" of the list.

Ok folks, I'm going through finalizing the logistics of this deal. The first run will be for NON loaners only. Once we get to the loaners, we'll have to do it one at a time (but I'm working on getting a better loaner program...however, this is what we have for now...there will be a $150 deposit required on the loaner and a $30 charge for the loaner...basically, once we get the wheel back, you will get a refund of $120)

Also, the prices are I post are for CLUB LEXUS PAID MEMBERS ONLY....here is the break down...

ClubLexus PAID Members:
3-Spoke Wheel - $384
4-Spoke Wheel - $350 (unless I can get 6+ buyers which will make the price $330)

ClubLexus NON-Paid Members:
3-Spoke Wheel - $414
4-Spoke Wheel - $380 (6+ NON-Paid Members will make it $360)

Lurkers (Non-Members):
3-spoke Wheel - $434
4-Spoke Wheel - $400 (Flat, no quantity discounts PERIOD.)

If you don’t like those prices, you can pay $589 and $499 directly to them…I don’t want to hear ANY ******ing about these prices. IT PAYS TO BE A PAID MEMBER. Paid members didn’t pay for nothing.

If you have a problem with this, PM me....I'm NOT doing this to make a killing...you guys would LAUGH if you saw what the profit margin was...and all profits will go towards future ClubLexus events, not into my pocket...as for the price increase for non-paid members, sorry, but paid members get priority as it should be. NO ONE should have an issue with that.

Is it a secret on how to become a paid member? I searched the archives and the only mention is a thread from Feb/02 that indicates contributions were suspended. Why not add something to the register form... When is the next club event in Cincinnati?
