Do I need to drill hole to mount this or remove anything or just plug and play? My car is IS350.
Are this legal for driving or only for the light that light up when you open the door and automatic turn off when you start to drive?
You can mount them using the mounting brackets provided or drill holes in the side skirts. I have instructions for the IS350 and the wires needed to tap included with every purchase. You can also wire these up any way you wish. Technically, they are plug and play. 2 wires.

If you have the approach lights under your side mirrors, then yes, you can set it up to go on when you approach the car.
We normally charge up to $200 for installation depending on the car and how the customer wants it set up. Just take it to a car audio shop and see if they can quote you on it.
