hey todd im assuming that you need to drill holes right? and also how easy is it to reverse?

You can either drill holes for flush mount (our preferred method) or use the brackets supplied. I'm not sure what you mean by "reverse".

Most of the lights are the color of the 1st pic. Can't guarantee exact colors of the leds though. I can test them and try and get you a color closer to white than blue.
