^^^ Congrats, pics? Is it literally the size of a credit card? Is it also the same thickness? Also, how long did it take to get delivered? I live in CA too and just would liek to know. Sorry for all the questions.

question: the metal key isnt included?

^^ I bet it would be more like 2 CC's think if you take into account the thickness of the leather that would normally go between those 2 CC's in a wallet.

correct! if you have the LS then u will need to purchase 1. if u have the IS the key is not available.

...remember, we too are a Lexus dealership and had to verify the programming could be peformed for various models - other than the new LS to which it is solely intended. Only then were we able to offer the SMART card online as an accessory option. I'm confident your local service advisor had the best of intentions.

I know someone already asked about compatibility with the 04'-06' LS430's and you stated that "you haven't tried it".

I have a 08 GS350. My local dealership told me the mechanical key that goes on this wallet key car WILL work on my car because the key is only cut on one side. Can you confirm?

Yes, that is correct. For those 2008 model year vehicles with the new style key cuts, one will have the option for adding the "wallet key" to the SMART card. This avaialble wallet key can be ordered in addition to the SMART card online.
