Promo code FAD08 only lowered the price to $308, not $289. Help?

can someone please explain to me what this is exactly and what it does? i never figured it out... is it just the front lip? maybe the 'air dam' term is just confusing me...

Ya, it's the front lip that comes with the ground effects kit.

anxious to spend some money?.. you've already got it. its just the front lip from the kit for the guys that dont have the lip yet, this is a really good deal!

I want this but I have a lease. Can someone please confirm if this lip requires drilling holes into the stock bumper, and if this type of drilling would affect my lease?
