Default RCF Carbon Fiber Hood
I would like to formally introduce our company to the RCF forum, with the release of our Carbon Fiber hood. As active members of the Lexus community for many years, myself (ZaxF) and my business partner (quick350) decided that the Lexus platform would be our main focus for products and development.

This hood is 100% carbon fiber, with no layers of glass, and weighs in at a very light 7.5lbs. Along with the hood we have a vent available to purchase independently of the hood.

Also, various other products we will be releasing over the next 6-8 weeks, including universal hood louvres and a full carbon roof for the 2nd Generation IS.

Yes it is. We used an OEM hood to build the molds to ensure an exact fit.

Absolutely beautiful...but......couldn't you have put vents in to make it different then OEM?

Thank you. Yes, we could have CNC milled just about any design using our 5 axis machine, however we wanted to maintain the OEM look. There are few 'aggressive' options out in the market already, but at a much higher cost and most are not 100% carbon fiber. Further down the road we may get into more significant design, but we are pleased with the OEM styling of the RCF. Our 2IS race car has a different louvered hood, and we could build off that design.

Hey what's going on I'm interested in purchasing a carbon fiber hood for my rcf how much do they cost and what's the turn around time and where are you guys located
