The car drives great right? boost gauge issue, Tom's purposely did that otherwise if your factory boost gauge reads the actual boost, the car will go on limp mode due to over boost, and will be over the factory parameters. Maybe an external boost gauge?

From the pics, where would be the best suggested place to mount the box? I reckon i would need to unplug it before going back to factory during servicing to prevent warranty issues, so it needs to be easily accessible.
