Default FIGS Fabricated Side-Duct Oil Cooler

Hello all, since we have completed initial testing with our oil cooler setup I thought I would see might be interested in the system.

Currently the setup includes:
-10 row cooler mounted in the passenger side front bumper area.
-Fabricated ram air ducting via the front fog light. Brake duct could be re-purposed as well but the fabrication and cast would increase.
-Fabricated shroud to seal in front face of cooler to increase efficiency.
-Thermostatic sandwich plate adapter currently at 180 degrees.
-10AN lines and black anodized fittings.
-Initial results show a 20 degree F drop in oil temps and 5 degree drop in coolant and rapid thermal recovery from elevated temp events. Tested during the Central City Pit Rally Hill Climb event.

Currently we are looking at small run pricing around $750-1050 depending on cooler options and ducting.
-All fittings and mounting plates included and upgradable to larger cores or even custom cores if interested.

All lines run coupled through the side access to the engine bay, no trimming of shrouds or covers.

An alternate version is also finally in the works. Testing will start to see how it does but happy with the sheetmetal fitment and the fact that there is a rubber plug in the lower liner that can be removed easily. An underscoop will draw air through the hole and pressurize the duct. 2 Spal pressure flaps allow side air in during low or negative pressure situations.

I may have missed this in the thread - Where does the thermostatic sandwich plate get mounted?

It is mounted on the opposite side of the oil filter. In between the oil pickup manifold and the factory oil-water heat exchanger.
Thanks, Mike
