Customers DO NOT want to have to contact anyone and wait for a response on what parts are available. All that info needs to be available immediately online so a quick decision needs to be made.
Also, it helps influence a customers decision when choosing vendor.

They actually have parts available and ship fast. Ordered tons of parts from Josh. Other vendors have website and say they have parts in stock but shipment could take months.
