The question is how do I remove the giant center console charging station. It takes up half of the center console.

Wah wah wah. Wireless charging is for the birds anyway.

I had the console in my living room. examined it. couldn't find a way. quit before i damaged anything. besides even if you did, i'd imagine there'd be a giant hole there. i agree though it takes up half the storage space. i miss my base base ES without it, massive storage!!!!

I use a very powerful and fast rapid USB charger anyway so if i am charging in the car, i plug it in for 10 min and i have a ton of added battery life. that wireless thing is like 1/10th the power. also hidden where you can't see your phone or to make sure it didn't slide off. whose poor idea was this thing?!

I noticed that the usb C outlets in the back will not charge an iPad only an iPhone. To get the iPad to charge at all I had to use a cigarette lighter charger in the back and I'm not even sure that the battery was going up.

I currently use the cigarette lighter in the center console to charge my phone. I found that charges it faster than any of the usb ports. Plus I like my front cup holder/usb area closed when I'm driving because the wood texture looks so beautiful.

It's easy to install, just plug and play.

As you know I had my console in my room too, and I tried to remove the charger but there was no way.

My Galaxy holds an amazing charge so I almost never need a charge in the car.

Same. iphone 13 Pro is synonymous with virtually limitless battery life with its extremely efficient processor and firmware. it uses a comparatively tiny battery (to all those large phablet batteries on the market) very rarely i need to charge it except for cases where i got lazy and didnt charge it overnight. (rare) but when i do, or to charge friends' phones, i have a rapid charger.

use a rapid charger like me. i believe 2amps. and trust me that battery indicator will go up fast... even while streaming video and playing games! of course it will depend if the ipad is newer and supports fast charging.
