STEALTH Exhaust Vents have now been tested. Their fit is good, sound is great. I can’t say that the sound is any different. It sounds the same to me. Which is a good thing.The STEALTH Vent eliminates the (valid) concern some members have for vehicle inspection. I have a few members tell me they went through inspection with their standard Exhaust Vents in place and had no issue.
However, I’m certain some inspectors are more … thorough (shall we say?) than others. So, I can understand the concern. With the STEALTH Exhaust Vents, inspectors will see NOTHING! And CL members get all the benefits: Low cost, easy install, easily reversed and removed, no permanent changes, no drone, and the SWEET SWEET sound of a Lexus V8!
Here's the standard and the STEALTH together. The point of this topic is to let you all know that, STEALTH Exhaust Vents are coming! They are not available yet, but as soon as I can work through the process (and expense ), available, they will be.
