Based on reading this thread, I think I understand the vents but had these few questions:
The Stealth vent is intended for passing visual inspection? And I assume this is for places that require a physical inspection of a car and exhaust system?
The difference between 1 and 2 vents is simply the how loud the exhaust will be?

The Exhaust Vents come with new bolts and instructions. I've done several members in my driveway, and the installation can be done in 20 minutes or so. Less if all conditions are ideal (cool exhaust, little corrosion, decent lighting, things like that).
