I received these for Christmas but the horrible winter we had stopped me from getting them installed.
I tried and failed in my garage, and had my trustworthy mechanic do the install. "So you want me to create an exhaust leak?"
He told me that the OEM bolts were welded at the back of the bolt and would never have come out easily. He hit each of them with a torch to get them red hot, removed them and then re-threaded them. I'm sure this was easy for him but sounded like it would have been a pain in the butt in my garage.
I've only had a short drive in the car but it does sound awesome. It definitely changes the sound from Toyota to something a little more exotic and mean.

Driver School Candidate
I put a set of the double standard units on my '08 LS460. The deep rumble without drone is what I was looking for. Some slight sound intrusion into the cabin around town with the windows up and the radio off. Anything from the audio system easily masks it. On the interstate at speed I couldn't detect additional sound entry at all. Thanks for a great product!
