Its axle back but if you order the midpipe, it becomes full cat back exhaust system.

There are different types of exhaust set ups you can have; see the image below

The exhaust in this thread is an axel back exhaust - you won't have to do any cutting or removal of anything (like your cat, or resonator). It's just bolts and clips holding the exhaust, and more bolts and clips to put this aftermarket exhaust into your car.
I'm not taking mine to an exhaust shop considering that it's just some bolts and clips, but rather getting it done with a few friends that have a lift and work on cars all day lol.
