I've been waiting 40 days for my tune. I understand that it will take more time for you to find my particular ECU file. I'd like to recommend that you guys, add to your website, a way for customers to know ahead of time that you do or do not have their particular ECU file. Thanks for all your great work.

Each car has a specific Lexus ECU ID. Only certain ECU ID's are available in the Lexus Technical Network. If you're ID is not in this network, then RR Racing is unable to tune your ECU remotely until it becomes available in this network.
They can tune any ECU ID if you ship them your ECU, but my car is my daily driver, which is why I was still waiting so they can tune it remotely.

Wow I can easily see the frustration level here. I agree my car is my daily driver as well. If they had some way to tell you which ECUs are supported remotely that would be great. It originally sounded like the '17s were the issue but now it sounds like it goes out further than that.
