The is350 has an open differential. If you leave traction control on with all the extra power you have, it'll kick in and cut power.
If you turn off traction control there's a good chance of spinning just one wheel. Especially when you turning even a little bit.
A limited slip differential help keed both wheels spinning for better traction.
