I have a 2016 IS 200T F-sport, any of these Front Lips require drilling / custom fit? and can it be taken off easily without damaging the original Bumper? thx.

YOu mentioned that these are attached to the car by tape, how is that going to keep them from falling off during driving? has anyone experienced any of these falling off their car while driving ?

They are also attached via screws on the bottom.

So that means drilling need to be done for the screws?
Also, let say i installed the Front Lip and used for a year, when it take it out, would it damage the bottom of the car original front bumper? thx

Yes needs to be drilled, but no will not damage the car. I mean it does put tiny little holes but I wouldn't consider it damaged.
