Atomic Silver is a bomb color, if i were in your shoes id keep it over Pearl White. And you should just wrap the car, repainting the entire car will cost you a lot, unless you got money to waste - don't do it, i won't be the same plus on top of that you should consider DMV fees to change the paper from one color to a permanent new color. Either sell it or wrap it if you're unhappy, with quality wrap you can't even tell if its painted or wrapped and once you get bored of it, you can wrap it in a different color and then repeat.
