I went to Lexus Westminster Part dept few days ago for buying the brake component of my GS350, and I got very bad experience of customer service from the part services manager. .I was very upset of the way that he treat customer. And I will never return to that dealer. again.

Thanks for the heads up and I hope everyone in the forum takes heed. Also, did you go to their website and leave a comment on their lack of customer service? I know every time I visit a dealership I leave a comment to the GM.

I've had a good overall experience when buying from them though this is a handful of times. I've had calls to update when my order was arriving/arrived for pick-up. Fair prices and over the phone inquiries.

I don't understand reviews like this. Not only does it make you have a stronger case, but the parts department can also learn to improve from their mistakes.

I've dealt with Westminster Lexus parts before and it's always been fine.

Without more info and given the post count of OP I lean toward him being the cause of his bad experience.

I bought a lot parts from Lexus of Westminster and never had any problem (if I don't want to say they are extremely helpful). Anyway, with out description of what happening, nobody can't sayanything.

I would definitely like some details. I've always gotten great service there. They even had a club Lexus discount. I usually got help from Kerry but I don't think he is there anymore. I want to say the other counter guy was either John or Carlos but I ran into other club Lexus members buying parts as well.
