i want to follow up on my experience with john and exclusive auto detail.
john was able to do my old LS400 during this long memorial day weekend. he happliy drove to my location near disneyland and got to work. as expected since he came to me, i provided him the water and power needed to get the job done. since i have a white car i opted for a one-step polish of my old paint. after a few hours on the DA porter cable the paint was decontaminated and waxed to a great shine! john protected my interior leather and bits with a nice product that left a matte finish. the tires were dressed with a shine.
john is very professional with a friendly attitude. i recommend his services to anyone looking to protect their investment as well as prepare for those summer car shows!
now i wish i took pictures of the aftermath!

I came in for Opticoat a while back, under a discount he offered at the time.
The exterior came out really nice and clean. But water was not beading, I questioned him, because if Opticoat/or any type of detailing is done(wax, at the minimum), the water SHOULD bead!
The interior seemed be untouched, because it was dusty. In fact, I know he gave the cluster a good wipe because there ended up being micro scratches. My car WAS brand new, flawless. I am very meticulous with my car, and detailed oriented. I have some knowledge of detailing but needed Opticoat done, which is why I went to him.
I asked him for a refund, but he denied everything that I said to him. In fact, he was quite rude after I accused him of being a fraud. He was only willing to offer me a free car wash. I laughed at his professionalism. This guy jipped me close to $400!
I am sharing my experience from EAD with you guys. Just be careful if you do decide to do business with him, and always be informed about what service you want to get done! Pays to be knowledgeable.
Note: I'm 2 hours away from this guy, so understand the free wash is UNACCEPTABLE.
I am not asking for any refunds from him, I am just informing the community to PLEASE BEWARE! He'll take advantage if the chance is given.

You did NOT do what you were paid to do. You're a fraud, you lied, stating you performed these procedures on my vehicle.
Water DOES NOT bead on my paint. Opticoat nor wax was applied.
I put my trust with you, but it's gone. During the initial contact with you, you seemed to not care at all. You can explain yourself in the forums.
