Default Best Dash Video?

I'm sure their are many people that already have one. But, please chime in and suggest what is the
best one on the market to get right now?

Looking for something small to place behind rear view mirror.

Thanks

Powerucc Panorama II is a good stand alone camera.

I've been using "iSym DVR" with my old iphone instead

Blackvue offers many good stuff, but has issues with the camera overheating if recorded for a long period of time - not personal experience, but an expert that I know recommended against Blackvue b/c of overheating and it's tough to get warranty as they are based in Korea.

My friend has this and this works great. http://www.ebay.com/itm/iriver-X1000...-/261280143020

Very strange that with the amount of gadgets we have those days we cannot find a decent manufacture for such a simple electronic device.

don't worry, garmin is coming out with one http://www.engadget.com/2014/01/06/garmin-dash-cam/

also, i wouldn't be surprised if more cars don't come with it as a built in option like the new corvette

I hear blackvue overheats if recorded for a long period of time. It's a known problem. http://dashcamtalk.com/blackvue-dr400g-hd-ii/

I got this and installing it on my GS soon. http://www.ebay.com/itm/iriver-X1000...-/261280143020 You could buy this for about $200 (2 channel camera, rear camera, hardwires, AC supply, 16GB memory card, etc...). if you know someone that reads Korean and it's what I did here. http://www.interpark.com/product/Mal...dNo=1492589747

USD 1 = KRW 1,000 approximately
