do you already have a kit? i have seen a build by project import in orange, but i actually don't have experience with them. my is300 is basically stock. my 350z is boosted done by stillen, but i am not sure they do work on our cars.

And does it come with any warranties?

Once you step into the foray of aftermarket turbo charging, you may find warranties on the individual components, but not the rest of the engine at that point...

Paying a shop, expect to spend $6-$8000

doing it yourself, $4-$5000

my 350z was around 7k after all said and done, tune and all components. I only have 361whp at 6 lbs. Warranty, not sure i know what i signed up for when i put it in. if the engine blows up i wont be too mad because that engine was never designed for boost, then i will rebuild.

to be honest i love my is300 being NA, the powerband is so nice for daily driving, i think the gears match up perfectly. dont get me wrong a boosted car is fun, but its like a whiplash feeling at full boost
