Default Inner and Outer tie rod replacing/shop suggestion

How difficult is it to replace the inner and the outer tie rods? Do you folks have any suggestion or recommendation as to which Garage or Mechanic can tackle this job. I didn't meant to be picky, but this is an important operation. I do not want my two front wheels pointing in the opposite direction. Thxs.

Hopefully this may cure my alignment issue
