dam i should take the van too LOL..

Friday afternoon (hopefully) ill be up in mineral king area.. Camp at Cold Springs (if possible) for a night before punching out to crystal lake Saturday morning n then spending a night up there before punching down.

Have you been up there before?? how is it?

Yeah this time a year its very cool weather so bring extra warm clothes, crystal lake lots of fun lolz. Bring your fishing poles lolz, was there about 4 yrs ago. Maybe i'll see u at crystal lake on saturday too

dam i dont have a rod LOL. btw do you think that place will have a crowd? or is it quite secluded?

this time of the year should be secluded, dont need a rod just some stick and small hook and fishing liner should do it , lolz so self made spear with 3 or 4 prongs

hah ill see what we have available.

hey about road conditions.. they are all paved right? so say a lowered GS can make it up there easy? Also how long does it take to drive up the mineral king road??

yup road pavement, no traffic about 5 to 6 hrs on sept 29th national park day, all free may want to bring cover for your car because those pine trees sap going to be hard on the paint to scrub out later

geezus thats a big tree! and you werent lying when u said ude be all over the place lol. we only had time to hit up one location ..

crystal lake took a long time to reach with packs but it was nice in the sequoias
