Kudos to Philippe Khan at South Bay Lexus
Hello All,
I just join the Lexus family with a 2012 CT200h F-Sport Special Edition delivered from Philippe Khan at South Bay Lexus today, and I would like to recommend Philippe to anyone who is looking or in the process of getting a Lexus.
Philippe is straight to the point with no games. He replied me with his best offer to my first email, and it was a very competitive offer. The rest of the email was just searching the car with options I want. The whole process only took a week including getting the car from other dealer, and I only need to show up to the dealership twice (one trip to appraise my trade-in, the other trip to sign the docs and pick up the car). Everything else was done via email or phone.
I personally hate to spend a lot of time at the dealership and end up getting the car they want me to get. Philippe's top notch service made this purchase an enjoyable one.
