Try http://www.keysolutionslockservice.com/ He is mobile and does great work. Very stand up guy. I have not had him do my car keys but I had my whole house rekeyed by him and he does awesome work.

Update: Yup! It worked! They did it for me -- works great. Usual amount of time taken -- very good price relative to dealer prices. Convenient location open on Saturdays, and they have a parking lot.
