I JUST got my claim materials, and they screwed up

I'll probably just try going to an actual office and see what they can do. Phone calling is a waste of my time, you never get through.

EDD needs to hire more call center people and create some jobs. Not only would it be helping the economy, it will be helping everyone's sanity as well.
