Like the title states.. anyone know of one? You would think the Honda dealers would have them, but nope!

Looking for an AP2 (04+). I do not want to buy private party for many reasons:

1. Many owners seem to think their cars are God's chariots so they price them the same as the dealer, if not more.

2. I don't want to be making arrangements to drive the car because I work 2nd shift. When I'm home, they are not and by the time I get home, everyone is asleep. Weekends are too far away as I will be needing a 2nd car soon. Don't have to wait in between weeks. Going to let my parents have my GS because their Camry just died and they need to go to work. My main transportation right now is my electric scooter

3. I normally pay cash for my cars, but will be financing this time. My brother has no/little credit history so having him cosign will benefit him.


So if anyone knows of dealer in the LA/OC area with an S2000, let me know.

My brother drives the legend.

I tried cars.com but they only show cars that the dealers post up. A lot of times cars aren't posted at all.

i got my GS430 from cars.com from a private dealer. so you mean you want to buy an s2k only from Honda dealer?

Preferably honda dealer but I know most dont have them so private dealer is okay. I just dont want private party this time around

Search at autotrader.com and use the "dealer only" option. I just checked, there's a decent amount of S2000's around OC/LA area

Avoid Honda dealers if you can anyways, because THEY try to sell them like they are ultra-rare cars they can sell for high prices. -_-

Thanks guys. I looked at sckars but the reviews on yelp turned me off. Then again, used car dealers rarely get high praises. I may visit them just to see, but it's my last resort, unless someone here has bought a car and had good experience with them.

i was at SCkars the other week to check out their s2000s, they have a handful of s2ks but trust me, they're pretty beat up in real life. im talking about putting on knockoff body kit and they're tearing apart, they got two black and yellow theme s2ks lol.

Yea I saw them. Definitely not my cup of tea. So hard to find an s2000 that is not beat up.

I know most are against Carmax, but you might wanna check them out. They get some pretty clean cars. I picked up my 07 S2000 from Carmax in Duarte, which was transferred from Roseville, CA. Loving EVERY minute of it, and my experience at Carmax was above and beyond. I don't know why people have so much negs about Carmax. Good luck!

I tried carmax but they only have 07+. It's out of my budget at the moment. Looking to spend around $17k for an 04/05.

What are did you drive before getting the S2k?
