Maybe it depends on where they measure the tread? Our cars are known to have uneven wear due to the factory camber settings. Would be nice to think the tire grew some tread!

Wow, lexus employees are on the boards too... I live in the same city as longo lexus and I always see their loaners. They're nice. Do they do give a hard time with modified lexus?

I don't think they do. I've seen a lot of modified cars there.

I believe Joe-Z takes his IS-F there too, i've seen it a couple times there.

Just ask for no wash if you got wheels you don't want scratched or if you don't want swirl marks building up in your paint

Anybody know how much an oil change cost? Both express and one with tire rotation, etc. Thanks.

My service advisor is Melinda Stevenson she is awesome great customer service... Longo Lexus services my car but unfortunately each time I take it for my clutch cylinder noise they are not able to detected it also this Saturday I took my car in because it seems that my battery might be going out and the a gentlemen at the service drive said they weren't able to put me in a loaner to let my car sit over the weekend so they could get it checked out Monday morning and there were a couple of loaners on the side he said they didn't have and couldn't get me into a loaner but nonetheless I would be taking my car tomorrow.

The loaners are actually reserved. Just because they are on the side doesn't mean they are available for use. If Longo schedules a service appointment and you reserve a loaner car, they will keep one for you. Those loaner cars on the side were probably reserved for someone who already made an appointment and needed one.

Yes I agree with you last time I didn't have an appointment and they still were able to get me in a loaner but I am not really tripping about that but I am on my way to Longo see if they can swap my battery it is under 84 month warranty lets see what they are able to do.

They should be able to swap it out, it will just usually be a prorated warranty, so there will be some cost involved on your part.

Loaners are given out by appointment basis only.

How many miles are on your IS300? Seems like you're already way past your factory bumper to bumper and powertrain warranties.

Have you asked them? I think you would get a better answer by asking them directly.
