its not a matter of being part of the caravan, I think you have to register for the event.

Is the time of departure still set @ 8:30 AM?? What about those who don't wake up so early? haha...Why not meet starting @ 8AM and depart @ 9 AM sharp?

Some have to drag & they have to be there at 9:30
so if we leave at 9am, they will most likely be late
