I have never been denied an alignment for being lowered at any of the Firestone I've been to.

ive had good experiences with:

firestone in Whittier
firestone in Walnut (think they moved though? O.o)
firestone in Buena Park

bad experience (total rejection!!)
Firestone Chino Hills

Firestone in yorba linda, diamond bar, and riverside are all willing to work on it, but dont really have anyone specializing in lowered cars, and some (YL, DB) dont think they can get it up on the rack in one piece.

Fireatone in buena park, between orangethorpe and valley view. They worked on my low car few days ago. The new manager is such a d1c<head, so if he say something " we have to charge extra for lower car usually " , just ignore him. His name is Joe, big fat guy. Most likely he's the one that going to pick up the call.

Give it a shot, dont tell him about low car over the phone, just make appoinment and go there

Don't call...just show up...

If you mention anything about your car being lowered over the phone, it's too easy for them to say no. If you show up already, then they probably won't refuse a customer in person.

If you have to drive far to the location, then I could see why you would call.

ive been refused 3 times at 2 different locations when i was lowered on springs and when i was lowered on bags. hahaha

1). Corona one.. guy said the car is to low when it wasnt -_-...

2). Riverside.. guy said they cant do cuz the rim was to big (i had 19s!!)

3). corona guy again.. this time i was on bags and CLEARLY higher than my spring drop setup... guy said no cuz air suspension always messes with alignment specs EVEN THO i had a set right height (PSI)..

buncha slack jawed farggots.... but other than that... the one in Orangethorpe and whittier have been accepting me with no fuss... even the one off Ball in OC accepts.

if youre in san diego, go to the santee location. theyre lowered friendly as well as pretty chill people. u just have to clear 2-2.5 inchs due to some thing in the middle of the alignment rack.
