help installing springs gs300

Default help installing springs gs300

picked up some springs for my second gen gs300. i wanted to DIY but i heard camber work and allignment had to be done. anyone know a place that will install them correctly for cheap? how much should i pay?(if anyone has already done this)

most spring setups won't drop you low enough to bother for an alignment. if you had coilovers that would be a totally different story.

I dont know what you mean by cheap... but I've done my own shocks/springs and coilover installation before but on my car only

Yeah true spring setups wont budge the camber and alignment unless you chop those suckers or put coilovers.

Anytime you alter the suspension, you're going to need an alignment regardless if its a 1" drop or not. Your toe will definitely be out of spec, even though camber is tolerable.

+1 you will need to realign the car for sure. pm me I might be able to help you out with the install.

to swap spring require the removal of the strut system... that will cause your toe, camber etc. to be off or way off. firestone offer's life time allignment for a little under $200 ( really useful if you plan on doing more suspension work down the road.)

where are you located at? I swapped out my suspension on my SC never done it on a GS, but it should be pretty straight forward.

you can rent spring clamps at autozone for 56 bucks or so, you'll get full refund once you bring it back

idk if i should move this o the B/S/T but if someone does the installation ill give them that ipod. or a samsung solstice.I just want it done right
