I've been to this before, but can you guys refresh my memory? It's every Saturday morning from like 7-9ish am, right? I'm planning on checking it out this Saturday...I don't want to show up if nothing is happening

He must have imported it illegally. The car isn't federalized in the US, hence why he probably has no tags. He wasn't the nicest person there either.
